Payment Information

Benz Rental Bali accepts the following payment methods. Once your booking is confirmed over WhatsApp, our team will send you the specific payment details (bank account or payment link) for your booking.

Accepted payment methods

• Cash (IDR) or card on delivery / pick-up
• Bank transfer (Indonesian bank account)
• Credit or debit card, via secure payment link
• International payment methods, for overseas customers

Deposit and protection fee

A refundable security deposit or protection fee is collected at pick-up, depending on the protection option you choose.

Payment deadline

Full payment is due at vehicle pick-up unless otherwise agreed with our team in advance. For open trips, a deposit may be requested to confirm your seat, with the balance due before departure.

Currency

Prices on this site are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Card payments may be processed in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
