When and how do I pay?
No prepayment needed: you pay when we deliver — in cash (IDR) or by card, right at the handover. Bank transfer, a secure card payment link and international payment methods are also possible. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Do you deliver?
Yes — to hotels, villas and the airport. Free in Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, from Rp100,000 in other areas.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 72 hours before: full refund. 24–72 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Early returns are not refunded.
