Choose a vehicle, pick your dates and tap “Book on WhatsApp”. A pre-filled message opens and our team confirms availability and the total price with you directly.
When and how do I pay?
No prepayment needed: you pay when we deliver — in cash (IDR) or by card, right at the handover. Bank transfer, a secure card payment link and international payment methods are also possible. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
What if I need to cancel?
More than 72 hours before: full refund. 24–72 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Early returns are not refunded.
Do I need a special licence?
Yes — a valid motorcycle licence (SIM C) or an international driving permit valid for motorcycles under Indonesian rules. It is checked at pick-up. Minimum age is 18.
Is there a deposit?
Scooters need a refundable deposit (NMAX Rp1,000,000, XMAX Rp1,500,000) or one of our protection options. Cars come with a driver, so no deposit is needed.
Do you deliver?
Yes — to hotels, villas and the airport. Free in Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, from Rp100,000 in other areas.
What if I return late?
Up to 1 hour is a grace period (on approval). 1–4 hours: 50% of the daily rate. More than 4 hours: one extra day.
How can I check my booking?
Just message us on WhatsApp with your name and dates — we will send you the current status.
