Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by customer

• More than 72 hours before rental: full refund of rental payment.
• 24–72 hours before rental: 50% refund of rental payment.
• Less than 24 hours before rental: no refund.

Early return

No refund is provided for unused rental days if the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled.

Cancellation by Benz Rental Bali / Benzride

If Benz Rental Bali is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to operational issues, customers will receive either a replacement vehicle of similar category, or a full refund.

Late arrival & date modification

If you expect to arrive later than your scheduled pick-up time, please notify us over WhatsApp as early as possible. Date changes are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed with our team before the original booking date.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather), Benz Rental Bali will work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate resolution.
